We get everyone working together

Whether it’s a renovation, extension, addition, home build or commercial fit out, this is your project and we want you to enjoy the entire experience. That’s why the collaborative process starts as soon as A&A Construction join the team. We will work alongside your architect to provide feedback and advice (where requested) on building systems, sequencing, materials, detailing and any other documentation relating to the works. Our aim is always to get everyone working towards the same goal so that we can streamline the building process on site.

The level of involvement you want in the project is totally up to you and can change throughout the process to suit your circumstances. You can rest assured that our highly qualified team is more than capable of completing the project to your specifications with or without significant involvement or oversight from you.

We will provide our expert advice throughout the build to ensure your decisions are fully informed with regards to likely design, performance and cost implications. Where requested, we can also provide assistance in the selection of fixtures, fittings, tiles, colors, carpets, materials, etc.

To help reduce stress on owners, we take care of everything. A&A Construction will project manage the entire building process, from demolition through to landscaping, including (but not limited to);

 -       Managing compliance with DA conditions relating to construction
-        Obtaining and maintaining insurances and other site-related approvals
-        Liaison with authorities where required
-        Managing Workplace Health & Safety requirements
-        Arranging labour and materials sourcing and acquisition|
